About Internal Bifold Doors
Internal bifold doors divide one room from another without shutting out the light. Closed, the glazed panels keep a kitchen's noise and smells out of the living room; folded back, the two rooms become one open-plan space. Because the panels stack neatly to one side, they take far less floor space than a pair of hinged doors swinging into the room, and they can span openings that would be impossible with standard internal doors. We make them to measure in powder-coated aluminium, top-hung or bottom-guided, with flush or low-profile thresholds so there is nothing to trip over between rooms. Clear, frosted or decorative glass is available, along with a traffic door for quick everyday use.
