The usual layout folds all three panels to one side, with the end panel working as a traffic door so you can step out without opening the whole set. A 2+1 split is the alternative: two panels fold one way and the single panel opens the other, which suits an opening with furniture or a worktop on one side. Every set is made to measure in aluminium, opening inward or outward, with flush or weathered thresholds and double glazing as standard. Our guide price is £3,000 to £4,800 supplied and fitted including VAT. Above about 2.4 metres, a 4 panel set keeps the panels to a sensible width.
