About Supply Only Aluminium Bifold Doors
Trade bifold doors, supply only: aluminium bifold doors made to your sizes on Schüco and Cortizo systems, for installers, builders and other trade customers who fit their own doors. Send the opening sizes, system and colour and we price from your schedule, for a single set or a whole development. Every set is made to measure in our West Drayton facility and supplied ready for your team to fit, with delivery UK-wide at extra cost, or collection.
The trade range covers five aluminium bifold systems. The Schüco AS FD 75/90.HI has flush frames, panels up to 1500mm wide and 3500mm high, thresholds of 71mm, 15mm or 4mm and RC 2 burglar resistance. The Schüco ASS 70 FD folds inward or outward and slides to either side. Schüco cornerless bifold doors open a corner with no post. The Cortizo Bifold takes panels up to 1200mm by 3000mm and runs to 14 sashes, and the Cortizo Bifold Plus adds a 110mm central section and a 45mm thermal break for U-values from 0.8 W/m²K. All five are tested to PAS 24. We are a Schüco Residential Partner and a Cortizo Official Fabricator, so you order from the people who fabricate the doors.
To price a trade order, send the structural opening width and height for each set, the number of panels and how they split (for example 3+0, 2+1 or 3+1), whether they open in or out, whether you need a traffic door, the threshold, the colour inside and out, and double or triple glazing. Working doors are on show in our West Drayton showroom, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00, if you want to bring a client.
Supply-only orders carry a one-year warranty.
